Professor of aerospace propulsion. Pioneer of trajectory optimisation at Politecnico di Torino

Guido Colasurdo
Former professor of aerospace propulsion at Politecnico di Torino, currently professor of spaceflight mechanics at Università di Roma "La Sapienza". With prof. Bussi started trajectory optimisation in Turin. Member of the Turin team in the 1st and 2nd GTOC.

Dario Pastrone
Associate professor of aerospace propulsion. First disciple of prof. Bussi and Colasurdo. Now mainly interested in rocket propulsion.

Lorenzo Casalino
Associate professor of aerospace propulsion. Member of the Turin team in the 1st and 2nd GTOC, currently the main "trajectory optimiser" in Turin.

Matteo Rosa Sentinella
Ph. D. student in aerospace engineering at Politecnico di Torino. Member of the Turin team in the 1st and 2nd GTOC, currently working on evolutionary algorithms for trajectory optimisation.

Francesco Cacciatore
Member of the Turin team in the 2nd Global Trajectory Optimisation Competition, currently researcher at Deimos Space (Spain)
